& Exchange Policy

At Key Nail Style, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. Because our products are cosmetic materials used on natural nails, we follow a strict hygiene-safe returns process that complies with UK consumer law.

Your Legal Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

You may still be entitled to a refund or replacement if your item is faulty or not as described.

Change-of-Mind Returns

If you simply change your mind:

· You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

· Items must be unopened or only opened for colour-checking purposes.

· You may open the bottle lid to check the colour or consistency — this is allowed.

· You may not use the product on nails, clients, tips or any surface if you intend to return it.

· Products that show signs of use cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

· You are responsible for return postage unless otherwise agreed.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product has been used or contaminated.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If we send the wrong item, or the product arrives faulty or damaged:

· Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.

· We will cover all return postage costs.

· You must return the incorrect or faulty item before a replacement or refund is issued.

· Items must be securely packaged to avoid leaks or further damage.

If inspection confirms a fault or packing error, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Used Products

· Any product that has been used on a client, yourself or a nail tip cannot be returned unless it is genuinely faulty.

· If the item is claimed to be faulty, we must inspect it first.

· If the product is found to be used but not faulty, the return will be rejected.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

· The wrong item was sent by mistake.

· The item is faulty and a replacement is appropriate.

Exchanges are not available for change-of-mind cases once the item has been opened or used.

Return Process

To start a return, contact us at info@keynailstyle.com with:

· Your order number

· Reason for return

· Clear photos, if relevant

Do not send items back without confirmation. Unauthorised returns may be refused. Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

Items Not Eligible for Return

· Used nail products

· Products that have been applied to any nail

· Items contaminated with dust, oils, skin or product residue

· Opened items used beyond simple colour-checking

· Products returned without prior approval

Return Shipping Responsibility

· Return due to our mistake — We cover all postage costs

· Return due to change of mind — Customer pays return postage

We do not arrange courier collections unless explicitly agreed.

This policy may be updated at any time. The version published on our website at the time of purchase applies.
